This webinar is the first of a series organised by the MIRELAI Doctoral Candidates (DCs) and it is designed to encourage collaboration and knowledge exchange among DCs, supervisors and expert speakers in the field of microelectronics. The first webinar kicks off with an expert talk from Dr Elke Kraker (MCL) on the challenges of thermal management in microelectronics by an external by Dr Elke Kraker (MCL). Subsequently, MIRELAI DCs will provide an update on their individual research projects which will be followed by scientific discussions.
The webinar is part of the MIRELAI project, an EU-funded Industrial Doctoral Network with the ambition to address the challenges of reliability, sustainability, and verification efforts related to the production of microelectronics components, and boost Europe’s innovation capacity and competitiveness in the market.
