Background

Raffaele Vallauri is currently EVP Technology Strategic projects at Technoprobe. He received his Master degree in Materials Engineering in 1998 and he has more than 20 years of working experience within high-tech Companies. His research interests include wafer probing, high mechanical strength and high conductivity materials. Dr. Vallauri has authored over 10 peer-reviewed publications. He is a member of the SWTest Technical Program Committee.
