DC11 – Intelligent inline failure analysis based on thermal imaging and AI
Wu Yanan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Hannover and a Master’s degree in the same field from Leibniz University Hannover. After graduation, Yanan worked as a Product Manager and Business Developer at Tencent in Beijing. In 2025, Yanan joined TU Chemnitz as a PhD candidate in the Materials and Reliability of Microsystems Group.
