Public deliverables and related project outputs
Overview: This deliverable D2.4 reports on the second annual MIRELAI network meeting, hosted by PCCL in Leoben, Austria, from 17 to 20 June 2024. The four-day programme provided doctoral candidates with scientific lectures, research project management training, company visits to AT&S and ams OSRAM, and opportunities to present progress on their individual research projects.
Work package: WP2 – Innovative training
Lead participant: PCCL
Delivery date: 27 September 2024
Overview: This deliverable D2.1 presents the first annual MIRELAI network meeting, hosted by TU Delft in Delft, the Netherlands, from 11 to 14 September 2023. The hybrid event brought together 12 doctoral candidates and 23 supervisors and introduced training across MIRELAI’s three core tracks: scientific, transferable and industry skills.
Work package: WP2 – Innovative training
Lead participant: TU Delft
Delivery date: 2 October 2024
Overview: Deliverable D6.1 sets out an implementation strategy for using physics of degradation-informed machine learning within MIRELAI’s AI-based reliability work. It focuses on approaches such as physics-informed neural networks and related machine learning methods to support weak link physics analysis and contribute to reliability prediction for electronic systems.
Work package: WP6 – AI-based reliability
Lead participant: Nexperia
Delivery date: 31 May 2024
Overview: This deliverable D5.3 presents computationally efficient submodels for microvia structures in printed circuit board assemblies. It describes how finite element submodelling and automated parameter studies can support the generation of data for metamodel calibration and future criticality assessment of microvia features.
Work package: WP5 – Multi-scale modelling techniques
Lead participant: PCCL
Delivery date: 31 May 2024
Overview: This deliverable D4.3 defines critical weak links and reviews physics-of-failure approaches relevant to MIRELAI’s research on physics of degradation. It draws on literature reviews linked to the individual research projects of Vikram Gourishankar Kamble, DC1, Alireza Mehrabi, DC4, Muhammad Musadiq, DC6, Muhammad Umair Najeem, DC10, Shehryar Imtiaz, DC12, and Mehdi Bejani, DC13.
Work package: WP4 – Physics of degradation
Lead participant: TU Delft
Delivery date: 30 November 2023
Overview: This deliverable D3.1 presents the MIRELAI project website and describes its role as the central communication, dissemination and outreach platform for the project. The website is designed to provide up-to-date information on MIRELAI’s objectives, partners, doctoral candidates, activities, events and results throughout the project and after its completion.
Work package: WP3 – Communication, dissemination and exploitation
Lead participant: PCCL
Delivery date: 6 December 2022
